You Like?

This is my Sony Reader. I got it for myself as a Christmas present - my parents donated $100, which I am eternally grateful for.

This little contraption holds 60 books, without any media, and will hold about a million more with an sd card.
Right now, I'm reading this really great book by Anne Rice, which is about Jesus, but it's told from his point of view....in other words, Jesus is the one narrating the story. It's quite fascinating, and it's really given me a fresh outlook on my relationship with Christ. In all the worship, we forget his humanity. If anything, his human existence is what makes him so accessible.

Long, but enjoyable day. I got up late, cleaned up a little bit, went over to Rick's, and we went to get some gas and oil for the planes, and ate tacos. Then I came back home and continued to clean up my artsy space, and Rick called again, saying that he was ready to start up the new Bryson motor we bought a few weeks ago.

Wow.

Talk about LOUD. I'm not really a person who understands a whole lot about engines, and what not, but even I was impressed. I can't wait to see it fly. Not too long now.

It's 11, and I'd like to get some crocheting in before bed. Hasta manana!
